Miguel Rosario brings to bear his more than 20 years of experience in diverse Information Technology fields, including a decade in cybersecurity supporting multiple U.S. government partners such as the Small Business Administration, NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, the U.S. State Department, Army National Guard, U.S. Navy, and Secret Service as a Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) Lead, Network and Security Engineering Lead, and Insider Threat subject matter expert. Mr. Rosario is a founding member of ManTech’s innovation powerhouse, ManTech Labs, and the company’s Center for Complex Cyber Solutions (C3S). A veteran of the armed forces, Mr. Rosario served as a U.S. Marine and is an Operation Iraqi Freedom combat veteran. He earned a commission in the Maryland Air National Guard, where he currently serves as an Air Force Captain and Cyber Warfare Officer. Mr. Rosario also previously managed the Security and Privacy Programs at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and has experience as a Technical Architect for the Department of Homeland Security’s Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) program. He holds a Master of Science degree in computer forensics from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Florida Atlantic University, along with a number of industry certifications including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
