Ready to Sponsor?

Follow these simple steps to secure your spot:

1. Complete the Sponsorship Form below to select your preferred sponsorship level.
2. Submit Your Corporate Logo: Email a high-resolution version of your logo to tbol@whatcom.edu.

Once we receive your completed form:

• You’ll receive a Sponsorship Agreement for your review and signature.
• An invoice will follow upon finalization of the agreement. Payment is required within two weeks of receipt of invoice.

Important dates:

• December 31, 2025: No refunds after this date.
• May 15, 2026: Last day to submit sponsor commitment and logo to appear on printed materials, signage, and promotional items
• May 15, 2026: Last day to register summit attendance
